Deposit Policy
According to the regulation of the HTO, in order for a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the 30% of the total cost of the reservation is necessary.
Deposit payment methods
a) Bank transfer
b) Credit card
Upon deposit payment, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation. In case that we will not receive a deposit within 3 working days the reservation is cancelled automatically.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation:
- The deposit is not refundable for cancellations less than 31 days prior to the arranged check in date.
- The remaining amount (70% of the booking) will be charged, and is not refundable, 14 days prior the arranged check in date.
- In case of a no show, 100% cancellation fees will be applied.
- In case of any last minute modifications of arrival due to ferry or airplane cancellations will be considered as a no-show with 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations due to Covid-19 are not considered exceptions and there will be a 100% charge of the total stay.
- No children younger than 12 years old can be accepted. If guests do not disclose correct age of child, then the reservation will be considered as a no show with 100% cancellation fee.
