En Milo Policy
According to the regulation of the HTO, in order for a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the 30% of the total cost of the reservation is necessary.
Deposit payment methods:
a) Bank transfer
b) Credit card
Upon deposit payment, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation.
In case of cancellation:
1.100% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the arranged check in date.
2.The deposit is not refundable for cancellations under 29 days prior to the arranged check in date.
In case of no show there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation. The same policy applies for check in after 23:59 on the arranged check in day.

Check out from 11:00 until 18:00: 50% charge of the agreed price of the night
Check out after 18:00: 100% charge of the agreed price of the night
Children between 0 and 4 years old are considered infants and there is no extra charge for them in the price of the room. A cot is also available for them.
Children aged 5 to 18 years old are considered as an extra person, with an additional 20% charge on the price of the room.
Pets are generally welcome; however it is mandatory that the unit is notified before the reservation is made.
Transfer to and from the port and airport policy
Transfer to and from the port and the airport is considered a service of our unit and is provided for free to all our customers.
As a group reservation is considered a more than 10 beds reservation, made upon request treated separately. .
The VAT and the municipal tax are included in the price of the room.
Room rates are defined by a night’s stay.
Accepting the terms and policies of the unit
Upon reservation confirmation, the client is considered to be fully aware of and to agree with the unit’s policies.
